General terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the bookings, payments, participation and cancellations of tourist activities offered by Stay Tie. When you confirm a booking, the passenger or the agency declares to know and accept in full the following conditions.
1. BOOKINGS
All reservation requests, changes, confirmations and cancellations must be made exclusively by email and/or whatsapp:

The reservation will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the written confirmation from Stay Tie and fulfilled the terms of the corresponding payment.
To confirm the reservation you will be required to provide the following information for each passenger:
- Full name.
- Age.
- Nationality.
In addition, to the activities of Horseback riding and Experience 4×4 Sierra del Toroshould be reported:
- Weight.
- Height.
- Medical restrictions or physical.
- Diseases relevant that may affect the activity.
- Previous experience in horseback riding.
The delivery of incomplete or incorrect information may prevent the participation of the passenger if it represents a risk to their safety.
2. MINIMUM PERIODS OF BOOKING
Reservations must be made with the following minimum:
- Patagonian Barbecue: a minimum of 48 hours before.
- Field day: a minimum of 48 hours before.
- Horseback Riding Full Day: a minimum of 24 hours before.
- Horse Riding Half Day: a minimum of 24 hours before.
Applications received outside of these time limits will be subject to operational availability.
3. CONDITIONS OF OPERATION
Weather conditions
The excursions offered by Stay Tie are not cancelled by weather conditions.
However, when the weather conditions can affect the safety of the participants, Stay Loop can modify:
- paths;
- schedules;
- duration;
- itineraries; or
- replace part of an activity, priority is always the safety of passengers and staff.
In particular, the horseback riding can be rearranged or modified in accordance with the conditions of the terrain, wind or other climatic factors.
These modifications shall not constitute grounds for refund.
Horseback riding
The rides are guided by a local guide of Stay Loop and include the use of the following tools:
- Mount.
- Reins.
- Safety helmet.
- Leggings.
The use of helmets and safety equipment provided by Stay-Loop is mandatory throughout the activity.
The guide will be able to deny the participation or terminate the activity of a passenger who fails to comply with the safety standards or compromise your integrity or the group.
Experience 4×4
Activity Experience 4×4 Sierra del Toro it is not suitable for:
- pregnant women;
- people with fresh fractures;
- people with injuries or medical conditions, cervical;
- people with injuries or medical conditions, lumbar;
- people whose medical condition is likely to deteriorate due to the proper motions of the activity.
Stay Loop can restrict participation when there is a history that may compromise the safety of the passenger.
4. THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PASSENGER
Each passenger, or the agency that will manage your reservation, you will be responsible of having a travel insurance in forcethat includes medical coverage for accidents and assistance derived from activities of adventure tourism or high-risk activities.
Stay Tie advised to purchase proper coverage before the start of any activity.
5. DECLARATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF RISKS
Before the start of any activity, all the passengers must complete and sign a:
- Registration form.
- Statement of health.
- Acceptance and knowledge of risks inherent to the activity contracted.
The refusal to sign these documents will prevent participation in the activity, without the right of return.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
Individual reservations
The terms of payment will be informed at the time of the confirmation on each booking.
Locks for agencies or groups
For lock requests quotas, payment must be made in the following way:
- 100% of the total value with a minimum of 30 calendar days in respect of the date of the excursion.
In case of non-receipt the payment within the prescribed time, Stay Loop can automatically release the quotas blocked.
Billing
Bookings made during the same calendar month will be billed at the end of that period.
Invoices must be paid within a maximum period of 30 calendar daysstarting from its date of issue.
Late payment may result in suspension of future reservations until the regularization of the debt.
7. CANCELLATION POLICY
Horseback riding
- Cancellations made with more than 72 hours notice: refund of 100% or rescheduling at no cost, subject to availability.
- Cancellations between 72 and 24 hours before the activity: refund of 50% of the amount paid or rescheduling is subject to availability.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hoursno-show (“No Show”), or abandonment volunteer activity: not applicable refund.
Experience 4×4 Sierra del Toro
- Cancellations with more than 72 hours notice: refund of 100% or reprogramming.
- Cancellations between 72 and 24 hours before: refund of 50% or rescheduled based on availability.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours or No Show: no corresponding return.
Patagonian barbecue and Field Day
Due to the advance planning of food and staff:
- Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice: refund of 100% or reprogramming.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours: not applicable refund.
8. RESERVATION AMENDMENTS
Any change of date or number of passengers shall be subject to operational availability and must be requested via e-mail.
The modifications can no longer be guaranteed until confirmed in writing by Stay Tie.
9. RIGHT TO ADMISSION AND SAFETY
Stay Loop reserves the right to prevent or terminate the participation of any passenger when:
- is under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
- this aggressive behaviors or inappropriate;
- fails to comply with the safety instructions given by the guides;
- represent a risk to himself, to other participants, animals or personal.
In these cases shall not return.
10. ACCEPTANCE
The confirmation of a reservation implies that the passenger or the agency declares to have read, understood and accepted all the Terms and Conditions of Stay Tie.
