The lamb roast is one of the expressions most authentic of the patagonian culture. This traditional technique of cooking, passed down from generation to generation by the people of the region, consists of roast slowly the lamb on embers of wood for several hours, making the meat tender, juicy and unbeatable taste.

In Estancia Lazo, this tradition comes to life in a privileged environment, surrounded by the vastness of Patagonia and with an exceptional view to the magnificent Paine Massif. While the fire does its work with patience, visitors can enjoy the scenery, get to know the local customs and immerse yourself in the history of life on the cattle ranches in the extreme south of Chile.
