When you confirm a booking, the passenger or the agency declares to know and accept in full the following conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>1. BOOKINGS<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All reservation requests, changes, confirmations and cancellations must be made exclusively by email and\/or whatsapp:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"mailto:reservas@estancialazo.com\"><b>reservas@estancialazo.com<\/b><\/a> <br \/><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/wa.me\/56988285836\">+56988285836<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The reservation will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the written confirmation from Stay Tie and fulfilled the terms of the corresponding payment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To confirm the reservation you will be required to provide the following information for each passenger:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Full name.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Age.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nationality.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition, to the activities of <\/span><b>Horseback riding<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>Experience 4&#215;4 Sierra del Toro<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">should be reported:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Weight.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Height.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Medical restrictions or physical.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diseases relevant that may affect the activity.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Previous experience in horseback riding.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The delivery of incomplete or incorrect information may prevent the participation of the passenger if it represents a risk to their safety.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>2. MINIMUM PERIODS OF BOOKING<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reservations must be made with the following minimum:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Patagonian Barbecue:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a minimum of 48 hours before.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Field day:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a minimum of 48 hours before.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Horseback Riding Full Day:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a minimum of 24 hours before.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Horse Riding Half Day:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a minimum of 24 hours before.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Applications received outside of these time limits will be subject to operational availability.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>3. CONDITIONS OF OPERATION<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><b>Weather conditions<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The excursions offered by Stay Tie <\/span><b>are not cancelled by weather conditions<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, when the weather conditions can affect the safety of the participants, Stay Loop can modify:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">paths;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">schedules;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">duration;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">itineraries; or<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">replace part of an activity, <\/span>priority is always the safety of passengers and staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In particular, the <\/span><b>horseback riding<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> can be rearranged or modified in accordance with the conditions of the terrain, wind or other climatic factors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These modifications shall not constitute grounds for refund.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Horseback riding<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The rides are guided by a local guide of Stay Loop and include the use of the following tools:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mount.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reins.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Safety helmet.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leggings.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The use of helmets and safety equipment provided by Stay-Loop is <\/span><b>mandatory<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> throughout the activity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The guide will be able to deny the participation or terminate the activity of a passenger who fails to comply with the safety standards or compromise your integrity or the group.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Experience 4&#215;4<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Activity <\/span><b>Experience 4&#215;4 Sierra del Toro<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> it is not suitable for:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pregnant women;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">people with fresh fractures;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">people with injuries or medical conditions, cervical;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">people with injuries or medical conditions, lumbar;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">people whose medical condition is likely to deteriorate due to the proper motions of the activity.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stay Loop can restrict participation when there is a history that may compromise the safety of the passenger.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>4. THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PASSENGER<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each passenger, or the agency that will manage your reservation, you will be responsible of having a <\/span><b>travel insurance in force<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">that includes medical coverage for accidents and assistance derived from activities of adventure tourism or high-risk activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stay Tie advised to purchase proper coverage before the start of any activity.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>5. DECLARATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF RISKS<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Before the start of any activity, all the passengers must complete and sign a:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Registration form.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Statement of health.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acceptance and knowledge of risks inherent to the activity contracted.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The refusal to sign these documents will prevent participation in the activity, without the right of return.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>6. PAYMENT TERMS<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><b>Individual reservations<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The terms of payment will be informed at the time of the confirmation on each booking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Locks for agencies or groups<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For lock requests quotas, payment must be made in the following way:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>100% of the total value<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with a minimum of <\/span><b>30 calendar days<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in respect of the date of the excursion.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In case of non-receipt the payment within the prescribed time, Stay Loop can automatically release the quotas blocked.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Billing<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bookings made during the same calendar month will be billed at the end of that period.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Invoices must be paid within a maximum period of <\/span><b>30 calendar days<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">starting from its date of issue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Late payment may result in suspension of future reservations until the regularization of the debt.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>7. CANCELLATION POLICY<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><b>Horseback riding<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellations made with more than <\/span><b>72 hours<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> notice: refund of 100% or rescheduling at no cost, subject to availability.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellations between <\/span><b>72 and 24 hours<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> before the activity: refund of 50% of the amount paid or rescheduling is subject to availability.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellations with less than <\/span><b>24 hours<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">no-show (&#8220;No Show&#8221;), or abandonment volunteer activity: not applicable refund.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Experience 4&#215;4 Sierra del Toro<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellations with more than <\/span><b>72 hours<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> notice: refund of 100% or reprogramming.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellations between <\/span><b>72 and 24 hours<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> before: refund of 50% or rescheduled based on availability.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellations with less than <\/span><b>24 hours<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or No Show: no corresponding return.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Patagonian barbecue and Field Day<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Due to the advance planning of food and staff:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellations with more than <\/span><b>48 hours<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> notice: refund of 100% or reprogramming.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellations with less than <\/span><b>48 hours<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: not applicable refund.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>8. RESERVATION AMENDMENTS<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any change of date or number of passengers shall be subject to operational availability and must be requested via e-mail.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The modifications can no longer be guaranteed until confirmed in writing by Stay Tie.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>9. RIGHT TO ADMISSION AND SAFETY<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stay Loop reserves the right to prevent or terminate the participation of any passenger when:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is under the influence of alcohol or drugs;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">this aggressive behaviors or inappropriate;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fails to comply with the safety instructions given by the guides;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">represent a risk to himself, to other participants, animals or personal.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In these cases shall not return.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>10.
